In our latest dyno test we had this awesome 2021 BMW M340d in for tuning and testing. After quick installation of our specifically designed Pro + Boost SENT chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.
These vehicles currently have a locked ECU with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning box can give owners the opportunity to make fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming how the M340d feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 335hp at stock, up to 381hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines). We give real consistency here, bringing that

T6 gains to start the week!!!
We’ve tuned many variants of the T6, and they always get great gains. We recently had this 2016 T6 TDI drop by Bluespark HQ for an installation of our Pro + Boost box.
Power 102hp >>> 132hp
Torque 250Nm >>> 297NmNow with that added power and torque, the driver will get a much more responsive feel when out on the road. Reduced turbo lag, and gains seen across the entire rev range, really transform how the power and torque are delivered. You’ll also see MPG increases of around 15%!

Getting more from your Audi!!!
This 2015 A6 TDI Quattro S-Line visited us recently for a super quick installation of our Pro + Boost box, and is another great example of how you can get more from your engine.
With 313hp and 650Nm at stock, this A6 is already pretty rapid. But here at Bluespark we can really unlock its true potential and see what it’s really capable of.

In our latest dyno test we had this awesome plucky little Hyundai i10 in for tuning and testing. After quick installation of our Pro Petrol chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.
The i10 T-GDi N Line takes inspiration from Hyundai’s N performance division, featuring that aggressive styling with some impressive performance from the 1.0 engine. It’s not quite hot hatch territory, but here at Bluespark we always like to get that bit extra, seeing what the engine can really provide.

Another awesome day spent on the dyno with this MINI JCW F56. Having spent considerable time with the JCW previously, it's always great to have another up on the dyno, as we already know we can generate some pretty decent numbers. We installed our 3 Channel Pro Petrol chip tuning box and loaded it up on the rollers.

Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 232hp at stock, up to 286hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines). We give real consistency here, bringing that extra power in as soon as possible, whilst holding it for as long as possible throughout the rev range.
Torque also saw some great improvements. At stock the engine produced 319Nm and now 386Nm with the box. If you take another look at the graph (solid lines),

Kickstarting the week with some coupé gains.
Having tuned many of the THP engine, it’s always great to get that bit more from the it. This RCZ came for a quick installation of our Pro Petrol box, and could instantly benefit from the performance increases we provide.
Power 156hp >>> 181hp
Torque 240Nm >>> 273NmA decent amount of power and torque was increased with our box, giving it a punchier 181hp & 273Nm. We reduce any of that turbo lag by bringing the gains in sooner, whilst they are held as long as possible throughout the rev range, really transforming how it feels under the foot.

In this latest dyno test we had this awesome 2018 Mazda CX-5 2.2 SKYACTIV-D Sport Nav+ in for tuning and testing. After a short installation of our specialised Bluespark Pro + Boost I-ART chip tuning box, we loaded it on the rollers and got to work.
This particular engine uses the i-ART system, which makes it unique in many ways. By featuring pressure feedback from each fuel injector instead of using a traditional single pressure sensor in the common rail, i-ART makes it possible to continuously monitor and adapt fuel injection per combustion in each of the four cylinders.
Each injector has a small computer on top, which monitors injection pressure. Using this information, the self-adapting i-ART system makes sure that the ideal amount of fuel is injected during each combustion cycle.
The combination of this gives the driver an engine with improved fuel economy, considerably lower emissions and high performance output as well as a powerful sound character. Our boxes have been designed to
