Delivery Services:

All orders placed before 2pm on working days are processed and despatched the same day.

Orders placed after this time or on non working days will be shipped on the following working day.

Delivery times per region are as follows:

For European and Rest of World deliveries, times vary based upon a variety of factors. Shipments to major cities are typically faster than to rural areas.

Royal Mail Airmail will typically use your country's national postal carrier once it reaches your country (for example USPS in the USA or Australia Post in Aus.)

 

Delivery Policy:

1. General Information

As a manufacturer, we carry a huge amount of stock, however all orders are subject to product availability. In the rare instance that an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery worldwide.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time is dependent upon the carrier and method chosen. Under normal circumstances, items are shipped same day on order placed before 2PM.

Please note we do not ship items on weekends, any orders placed after 2pm Friday will ordinarily be shipped the following Monday.
 

4. Delivery Instructions

For orders using DHL, we can add special delivery notes. For orders using Royal Mail, please use the Royal Mail Safeplace scheme to give special instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

 

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately.
