Audi tuning at Bluespark.
More great gains made here, coming from this Audi A1 Sportback. After a super quick installation of our Pro Petrol box, it was already off and enjoying those gains.
POWER 122hp >>> 142hp
TORQUE 200Nm >>> 228NmNot only have we increased those peak figures, but we also really give a consistency throughout the rev range. We bring those gains in as soon as possible, reducing any annoying turbo lag, and then apply that power and torque exactly where its needed across the rest of the rev range, giving a much more enjoyable drive out on the road.

In our latest dyno test we had this awesome 2020 Mercedes-Benz A-Class A200 in for tuning and testing. After quick installation of our 3 Channel Pro Petrol chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.
These vehicles currently have a locked ECU with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning box can give owners the opportunity to make fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
As mentioned in the video below, the model in which we dyno tested here is the 163ps variant. However the A160 and the A180 which are the 109ps and 136ps variants, both use that same engine, which is just ‘tuned down’ for their respective models. This means that we can tap into this retained power, unlocking that potential, and providing you with similar results to what we achieve here, no matter which variant you own.

In our latest dyno test, we had this 2021 Hyundai i20N in for tuning and testing. After quick installation of our Pro Petrol chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve. Check out how we install the box on this engine, here:
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a decent increase in power and torque, really transforming how the i20 feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 198hp at stock, up to 235hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines) changing where the power is applied. We bring that extra power in as soon as possible, as you can see where we start to lift that curve from right down at the 2500rpm mark. We also give real consistency through the entire rev range, as taking a look around the 4500rpm-6500rpm section, you can really see that noticeable difference throughout that whole section of the

Brand-new 2024 BMW gains, from a locked ECU??
Another example here of a locked ECU with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning box can give owners the opportunity to make fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
POWER 340hp >>> 410hp
TORQUE 700Nm >>> 803NmAwesome gains made here from our specifically designed Pro + Boost SENT box. We apply the gains exactly where its needed, transforming how the power and torque are applied throughout the rev range.
We recently dyno tested this engine, on the similar M340d. Check out the dyno test here:

Here we install our specifically designed Pro + Boost SENT chip tuning box to this 2023 Ford Ranger Wildtrak V6.
For this engine we connect at the Rail Sensor shown at time mark 0:08 and the Boost Sensor shown at time mark 0:56.

In our latest dyno test we had this 2021 MK8 VW Golf GTD in for tuning and testing. After quick installation of our specifically designed Pro + Boost SENT chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.
Most similar engines from VAG which are 2021 onwards, can sometimes be tricky when it comes to tuning, whether that be a remap or a tuning box. This is down to the fact that the data transmission protocol is in the form of digital signals, rather than the standard analogue signals. Our SENT tuning boxes are carefully designed in that way, so that they operate within the parameters of this technology, whilst still giving you great performance gains.
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming how the Golf feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 199hp at stock, up to 250hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below

Getting more out of your pickup...
This 2017 Nissan Navara 2.3 DCi visited us recently for a super quick installation of our Pro + Boost box, and is another great example of how you can get more from your engine.
Power 190hp >>> 235hp
Torque 450Nm >>> 521NmWith a significant amount of power added, it feels much more responsive, producing peak figures of 235hp. That power is brought in sooner, to iron out any turbo lag previously felt. Not only do you get that increased power, but torque improvements can be seen topping 521Nm, so you get those awesome fuel economy gains.

Horsebox gains?
We recently had this Renault Master horsebox in for our speed limiter removal service. A great example of what a noticeable difference we can make with our tuning services here at Bluespark.
The customer came to see us, after being plagued with a speed limiter set from stock. They had recently purchased the vehicle, without realising the speed was restricted to 56mph. We connected to the ECU, made some quick adjustments, and now has full access to its capabilities.
We can make further enhancements on these, including our tuning boxes or remapping services, providing even more performance. For now, the customer was more than happy with the result of the speed limiter removal and will visit us again in the near future once they’ve had chance to become accustomed to it.
Check out an example of our speed limiter removal tuning services here, as we provided similar services and tuned this Ford Transit:
