Another awesome day spent on the dyno with this MINI JCW F56. Having spent considerable time with the JCW previously, it's always great to have another up on the dyno, as we already know we can generate some pretty decent numbers. We installed our 3 Channel Pro Petrol chip tuning box and loaded it up on the rollers.
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming how the MINI feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 232hp at stock, up to 286hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines). We give real consistency here, bringing that extra power in as soon as possible, whilst holding it for as long as possible throughout the rev range.
Torque also saw some great improvements. At stock the engine produced 319Nm and now 386Nm with the box. If you take another look at the graph (solid lines),

Kickstarting the week with some coupé gains.
Having tuned many of the THP engine, it’s always great to get that bit more from the it. This RCZ came for a quick installation of our Pro Petrol box, and could instantly benefit from the performance increases we provide.
Power 156hp >>> 181hp
Torque 240Nm >>> 273NmA decent amount of power and torque was increased with our box, giving it a punchier 181hp & 273Nm. We reduce any of that turbo lag by bringing the gains in sooner, whilst they are held as long as possible throughout the rev range, really transforming how it feels under the foot.

In this latest dyno test we had this awesome 2018 Mazda CX-5 2.2 SKYACTIV-D Sport Nav+ in for tuning and testing. After a short installation of our specialised Bluespark Pro + Boost I-ART chip tuning box, we loaded it on the rollers and got to work.
This particular engine uses the i-ART system, which makes it unique in many ways. By featuring pressure feedback from each fuel injector instead of using a traditional single pressure sensor in the common rail, i-ART makes it possible to continuously monitor and adapt fuel injection per combustion in each of the four cylinders.
Each injector has a small computer on top, which monitors injection pressure. Using this information, the self-adapting i-ART system makes sure that the ideal amount of fuel is injected during each combustion cycle.
The combination of this gives the driver an engine with improved fuel economy, considerably lower emissions and high performance output as well as a powerful sound character. Our boxes have been designed to

Some awesome gains to start the week off strong here, from this F30 BMW 340i.
The B58 engine never fails to impress, and having worked extensively with these, it’s always great to see something amazing, transform into something even better.
What can we add?
Power 326hp >>> 402hp
Torque 450Nm >>> 605NmThe 340i and the B58 in general, produce some pretty decent stock figures. However, with our Pro Petrol tuning box installed, we break that 400hp barrier and add +155Nm of torque!
Focusing where those gains are applied, we transform areas in the rev range. This reduces any turbo lag, giving a much better response, and really delivers a consistent application, holding across the entire rev range.

The Abarth 595 has long been the pulse of automotive excitement, rumbling its way through the car scene all across the globe. The unmistakable growl has become a kind of beacon, a relentless zest and precision craftsmanship in the realm of small yet mighty sports cars—a fact we at Bluespark HQ can attest to, with plenty of experience in fine-tuning a multitude of these awesome little hot-hatches.
The 595 never fails to add a dose of excitement to our days, and it’s always great watching them transform after a bit of tweaking on the dyno. In this latest tuning and dyno testing, we take this 1.4 T-Jet and custom tune it, adjusting the software with our remapping tools and fine tuning the results with the rolling road dyno testing.
Firstly, we take the 595 at a completely stock level, no level of tune applied. We get it strapped up on to the rollers, and take it for the first set of tests to establish what the factory mapping is producing. No big surprises with this one, a pretty standard

Another great rolling road dyno test here, with this BMW 118i after we installed our Bluespark 3 Channel Pro Petrol chip tuning box.
