Here we install our 3 Channel Pro Petrol chip tuning box to this G80 BMW M3 Competition.
These vehicles currently have a locked ECU with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning box can give owners the opportunity to make fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes. Tuning solutions for your ECU locked Ford Transit
We recently had this brand new, late 2024 registered Ford Transit Custom 2.0 EcoBlue 136ps in for tuning and dyno testing. As is the case with later Transits, from 2019 onwards they use specific ECUs which are currently still locked. This means that ECU remapping is impossible, due to the security protection written within the ECU. This is why our module is the perfect solution, providing good quality gains in power and torque, all whilst the ECU remains untouched.

In our latest dyno test we have this awesome 2019 Jaguar F-Type 3.0 V6 R-Dynamic in for tuning and testing. Quoted stock figures show 340ps with 450Nm of torque powered by that 3.0 supercharged V6, so we know we’ve got a pretty good base to work from. After an installation of our Pro Petrol chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming how it feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 341hp at stock, up to 397hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines). We give real consistency here, lifting every part of the rev range, right up to that top end where we provide that additional +56hp at its peak, really transforming how it feels out on the road.

We recently had this 2018 Volvo XC40 2.0 D4 in for an installation of one of our specialised Pro + Boost i-ART tuning modules. This particular engine uses the i-ART system. In short, it uses pressure feedback from each fuel injector, allowing to continuously monitor and adapt fuel injection, ensuring the ideal amount of fuel is injected per combustion cycle, in each of the four cylinders.
Due to the technology used here, we use our specialised tuning module to connector to each of the four injectors, as well as the boost sensor.

A common question that we often get asked is regarding the use of certain hardware modifications like upgrading the air filters for example, and what difference they make to performance.
Changing or upgrading the air filter to an aftermarket set up, is usually one of the easiest and simplest forms of modification. There are many myths surrounding the topic, so lets see what the actual figures look like up on the dyno.
We recently had a BMW G80 M3 in for tuning and dyno testing, and the customer had purchased some Pipercross foam panel filters for us to install along with our tuning module. We first dyno tested the car stock, with no upgrades or tune applied. We then installed our tuning module and dyno tested again to see what gains had been made. We then installed the panel filters and ran it again on the dyno to see what differences there were. We then made several tweaks in the configuration of our module and ran it for further tests. The results were pleasantly surprising…
