Tuning solutions for your Volvo
We recently had this 2018 Volvo XC40 2.0 D4 in for an installation of one of our specialised Pro + Boost i-ART tuning modules. This particular engine uses the i-ART system. In short, it uses pressure feedback from each fuel injector, allowing to continuously monitor and adapt fuel injection, ensuring the ideal amount of fuel is injected per combustion cycle, in each of the four cylinders.
Due to the technology used here, we use our specialised tuning module to connector to each of the four injectors, as well as the boost sensor.
POWER 190hp >>> 235hp
TORQUE 400Nm >>> 464Nm
Not only have we raised those peak figures, but we really delve into where those gains are applied. Bringing them in as soon as possible, whilst giving real consistency throughout the entire rev range, we really lift that whole mid-section, transforming how it now feels out on the road.
