Our awesome new dyno being put to good use as we tested this amazing BMW M2 Comp after it was fitted with our 3 Channel Pro Petrol chip tuning box.
It’s the same story with the M cars, already an absolute powerhouse producing some really impressive figures from stock. But here at Bluespark we always like to unlock the cars real potential...
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming the car with some next level power.
Peak power had an incredible increase, as we were able to add an extra 100hp! The engine produced 415hp from stock, and now 515hp with the box, showing consistency right through the rev range.
Low down torque with our unit is also greatly improved. At stock the engine produced 614Nm, and now 702Nm with the box. Stock figures of torque are slightly higher than manufacturer quoted (at 550Nm), but that isn't especially unusual for one of these as they can usually push strong stock

We recently had this Ford Transit Custom 340 2.0 131hp come to us here at Bluespark HQ. It had a speed limiter installed, stopping the van from keeping up with motorway traffic. We soon had it booked in for a custom tune, along with our Pro + Boost chip tuning box.
We dyno tested it with multiple runs to monitor the progress throughout the process.Firstly, we ran a complete stock run to see what the Transit was producing at stock level with no amount of tune applied.
After running the Transit on the dyno at stock, we then connected to the ECU and removed the speed limiter. We then upgraded the ECU from Ford’s stock 131hp version and installed the more powerful 170hp version. So in theory, the van would now operate from a 170hp stock level, meaning we can tune from this point onwards.
Dyno testing before and after those first set of upgrades, show a decent amount of gains, with an increase in power and torque.
The results showed peak power raise from 133hp at stock, to 158hp with the

Another hot-hatch dyno day for us here at Bluespark HQ, with this KIA ProCeed GT after it was fitted with our Bluespark Pro Petrol chip tuning box.
These plucky little things were Koreas first attempt at an actual Hot-Hatch, set to rival the Golf GTI and the Focus ST.The engine already delivers decent figures from stock, with KIA claiming over 200hp (it ran closer to 194hp on the dyno), along with 285Nm of torque. However, now our Bluespark Pro Petrol box is installed, it has a much more punchier 224hp with 320Nm of torque, taking it to the next level of Hot-Hatch gains.
Dyno testing shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a decent amount of increase in power and torque. We found that these results were pretty decent and the gains remained fairly strong, considering the car was running 95RON fuel. We expect even greater gains could be achieved when running this again using 99RON fuel.A reduction in turbo lag and power applied right through the rev range, it now has a much more

Here at Bluespark Automotive, we often eagerly anticipate certain models that catch our attention. Cars that beg to be tuned, optimized, and run on the dyno for some breathtaking performance results. Among the many vehicles we've encountered, the Audi RS3 8Y stands as a formidable contender.
There are several reasons why a vehicle might capture our interest. Sometimes, it's the novelty of its engine technology, not yet open to the likes of remapping services. Or it could just be an extremely appealing car that promises an exciting tuning experience.
This time, the Audi RS3 8Y covers both...
Our anticipation for the 2022 Audi RS3 8Y 2.5 TFSI had been growing for a while, so when we heard from a customer that they were about to take delivery of this beast, we cleared our schedule. Nothing was going to stand between us and the chance to run the Audi RS3 on the dyno.
Let's take a moment to explain the appeal of the RS3 8Ys 'new style' engine. It doesn't mean that Audi have completely re-invented
