Here we install our specialised 4 Channel Petrol chip tuning box to this 2025 Aston Martin DBX707.
For those looking to get even more from these prestige SUVs, owners will find tuning limitations due to the locked ECU, with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning module offers the perfect solution here, providing fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
As shown in the installation guide, we will connect to both Map Sensors and both of the Boost Sensors. To gain access to these 4 sensors, you’ll need to remove the air ducts, air boxes, strut brace and engine cover.

In this latest tune and dyno test, we take this 2018 Audi S4 and custom tune it, adjusting the software and fine tuning the results from the rolling road dyno testing. Along with this, we also update the gearbox mapping, to really maximise every part of the rev range. The result… Some pretty impressive performance gains!!
Firstly, we take the S4 with completely stock mapping. We get it strapped up on to the rollers, and take it for the first set of tests to establish what the factory mapping is producing. You can see the stock dyno graph below. You can see that power and torque are both running pretty spot on to what the manufacturer quote, showing 354hp and 543Nm of torque. These are dialled in, so we know exactly what base we’re working from.
Once we are happy that we have everything logged and the stock figures entered, it’s time to connect to the ECU. We use our Autotuner system to connect directly on to the ECU. The process of this custom tune is very much a hands-on, ‘fine tweaking’

Here we install our Pro + Boost Diesel SENT chip tuning box to this 2022 BMW X1 xDrive23d.
Expected gains from our module on this engine are:
POWER 197HP >>> 232Nm
TORQUE 400Nm >>> 468NmThese vehicles currently have a locked ECU with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning box can give owners the opportunity to make fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
As shown in the installation guide, we will connect to the Rail sensor and the Boost sensor. To gain access to both sensors, you’ll need to remove the engine cover.

In our latest dyno test we have this awesome 2017 Abarth 595 in for custom ECU mapping. The customer also opted to include some pop and bangs as part of the mapping. The result is that we really maximise every part of the rev range, whilst adding a much more aggressive feel to how to now drives.
Firstly, we take the Abarth with completely stock mapping. We get it strapped up on to the rollers, and take it for the first set of tests to establish what the factory mapping is producing. You can see the stock dyno graph below. You can see that power and torque are both running pretty spot on to what the manufacturer quote, showing 161hp and 246Nm of torque. These are dialled in, so we know exactly what base we’re working from.

In our latest dyno test we have this awesome 2016 Audi SQ7 in for custom ECU mapping. We adjust the software and fine tune the results from the rolling road dyno testing, to really maximise every part of the rev range. The result… Some pretty impressive performance gains!!
Firstly, we take the SQ7 with completely stock mapping. We get it strapped up on to the rollers, and take it for the first set of tests to establish what the factory mapping is producing. You can see the stock dyno graph below. You can see that power and torque are both running ever so slightly higher than the manufacturer quote, showing 448hp and 910Nm of torque. These are dialled in, so we know exactly what base we’re working from.
Once we are happy that we have everything logged and the stock figures entered, it’s time to connect to the ECU. We use our Autotuner system to connect directly on to the ECU. The process of this custom tune is very much a hands-on, ‘fine tweaking’ procedure. We make several alterations to

Tuning solutions for your Hyundai
We recently had this 2025 Hyundai Tucson 1.6 T-GDI in for tuning and dyno testing. With some slight variances to the set up in these newer 1.6 T-GDI engines, we made some tweaks to our existing petrol module and developed a specific compatible set up. With dyno data to assist in this, we ensured that the software mapping was running as optimal as possible, making several adjustments throughout. Let’s see how it performed on the final adjustment:
Dyno Test Results
POWER 212HP >>> 251HP
TORQUE 355Nm >>> 474NmNow delivering 251hp, with an added 119Nm of extra torque, we have not only lifted those peak figures, but we really delve into where those gains are applied. Now pulling much harder right through the revs, we’ve significantly reduced turbo lag whilst providing much improved consistency across the entire rev range, really transforming how it now feels and responds out on the road.

In our latest dyno test we had this 2022 MINI JCW in for tuning and dyno testing. We’ve already conducted extensive development on these, so already know what that 2.0 B48 engine is capable of. After a quick installation of our 3 channel module, it was up on the rollers to see what gains had been made.
This F56 is also another example of a 2021+ BMW/MINI facing the tuning limitations due to the locked ECU, and currently has no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning box can give owners the opportunity to make fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming how it feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 236hp at stock, up to 295hp with the box. If you take a look

In our latest dyno test we have this 2024 Pilote Evidence P740 motorhome in for tuning and testing. These motorhomes use the underpinnings from the Fiat Ducato 2.2 engine, which we’ve worked extensively over the years, so know that they respond really well to tuning. After quick installation of our specifically designed Pro + Boost SENT chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.

Peak power was significantly increased, as we were able to lift it from 137hp at stock, up to 165hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines). We give real consistency here, bringing that extra power in as soon as possible, whilst holding it for as long as possible throughout the entire rev range, adding that +28hp at its peak, really transforming

In our latest dyno test we had this awesome 2020 Maserati Levante GranSport 3.0 V6 in for tuning and testing. Having that F160 engine that’s built by Ferrari, we already know that these are quite unique to begin with, but we can definitely tweak things to make it feel even better out on the road. So after quick installation of our 3 Channel Petrol chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.

Tuning solutions for your ECU locked BMW
We recently had this awesome brand new 2025 BMW 330e in for an installation of our tuning module. This is probably the lowest mileage vehicle we’ve actually seen for a fitting here at Bluespark, with just 11 miles on the clock! With us conducting extensive development on the 330e, we already know it’s tuning capabilities. So after a quick installation of our 3 channel module, the driver was back out, already experiencing those instant performance increases.
This G21 is also another example of a 2021+ BMW facing the tuning limitations due to the locked ECU, and currently has no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning module offers the perfect solution here, providing fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
