In our latest dyno test we have this 2025 MG HS 1.5 in for tuning and testing. After a quick installation of our Pro Petrol chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming how it feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 175hp at stock, up to 195hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines). We give much more consistency here, lifting every part of the rev range and really opening up in those higher revs, right up to that +20hp extra at its peak.
Torque also saw some impressive improvements. At stock the engine produced 275Nm and now 325Nm with the box. If you take another look at the graph (solid lines), you can really see where we have applied those gains. Again, showing improvements across every part of the

Here we install our 3 Channel Petrol chip tuning box to this 2024 Ineos Grenadier Fieldmaster.
For those looking to get even more from these awesome SUVs, owners will find tuning limitations due to the locked ECU, with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning module offers the perfect solution here, providing fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
Performance gains:
POWER 286HP ->->-> 430HP
TORQUE 450Nm ->->-> 630NmAs shown in the installation guide, we will connect to the Map, Boost and Cam Sensors. To gain access to these sensors, you’ll need to remove engine cover.

In our latest dyno test we have this 2012 Audi A3 in for stage 3 custom ECU mapping. We adjust the software and fine tune the results from the rolling road dyno testing, to really maximise every part of the rev range. The result… Some pretty impressive performance gains!!
Now it was already running stage 1 mapping. But had since had a few hardware modifications, including a hybrid turbo and a Pipercross induction kit. So firstly, we take the A3 with its current mapping and get it strapped up on to the rollers, conducting the first set of tests to establish what the current mapping is producing. You can see the results of this below. You can see that power and torque are running at 183hp with 414Nm of torque. These are dialled in, so we know exactly what base we’re working from.
Once we are happy that we have everything logged and the base figures entered, it’s time to connect to the ECU. We use our Autotuner system to connect directly on to the ECU. The process of this custom tune is very

Tuning solutions for your SEAT Leon
We recently had this 2021 SEAT Leon in for an installation of our tuning module. We’ve conducted extensive development on the 1.5 Evo engine, so already know it’s tuning capabilities. After a quick installation of our specialised SENT petrol module, the driver was back out, already experiencing those instant performance increases.
POWER 150HP >>> 191HP
TORQUE 250Nm >>> 328NmNow delivering 191hp with an additional 78Nm of torque, we have not only lifted those peak figures, but we really delve into where those gains are applied. Now pulling much harder right through the revs, we’ve significantly reduced turbo lag whilst providing much improved consistency across the entire rev range, really transforming how it now feels out on the road.

In our latest dyno test we had this 2021 Vauxhall Astra 1.5 CDTI in for tuning and testing. We’ve already conducted extensive development on these, so already know what that 1.5 CDTI engine is capable of. So after a quick installation of our diesel module, it was up on the rollers to see what gains had been made.
Dyno testing before and after shows healthy gains across the rev range, with a significant increase in power and torque, really transforming how it feels to drive.
Peak power was increased, as we were able to lift it from 121hp at stock, up to 147hp with the box. If you take a look at the dyno graph below you can see how we change that curve (dotted red and blue lines). We give real consistency here, bringing that extra power in as soon as possible, whilst holding it for as long as possible throughout the entire rev range. We really open up that mid-section, right up to that +26hp at its peak, really transforming how it feels out on the road.
Torque also saw some really impressive

Tuning solutions for your VW Polo
We recently had this 2018 VW Polo 1.0 TSI in for tuning and dyno testing. Now that small 1.0L engine produces just 95hp at stock, but having worked with plenty of these, we know that they respond really well to our tuning module. So after a quick installation of our 3 Channel Pro Petrol chip tuning box, it was up on the rollers to see what the engine could achieve.
Dyno Test Results:
POWER 95HP >>> 132HP
TORQUE 177Nm >>> 210NmNow delivering 132hp with 210Nm of torque, we have not only lifted those peak figures, but we really delve into where those gains are applied. Now pulling much harder right through the revs, we’ve significantly reduced turbo lag whilst providing much improved consistency across the entire rev range, really transforming how it now feels out on the road and making it hard to believe this is still just a 1.0 TSI.

For those looking to get even more from these prestige SUVs, owners will find tuning limitations due to the locked ECU, with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning module offers the perfect solution here, providing fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
As shown in the installation guide, we will connect to both Map Sensors and both of the Boost Sensors. To gain access to these 4 sensors, you’ll need to remove the air ducts, air boxes, strut brace and engine cover.

In this latest tune and dyno test, we take this 2018 Audi S4 and custom tune it, adjusting the software and fine tuning the results from the rolling road dyno testing. Along with this, we also update the gearbox mapping, to really maximise every part of the rev range. The result… Some pretty impressive performance gains!!
Firstly, we take the S4 with completely stock mapping. We get it strapped up on to the rollers, and take it for the first set of tests to establish what the factory mapping is producing. You can see the stock dyno graph below. You can see that power and torque are both running pretty spot on to what the manufacturer quote, showing 354hp and 543Nm of torque. These are dialled in, so we know exactly what base we’re working from.
Once we are happy that we have everything logged and the stock figures entered, it’s time to connect to the ECU. We use our Autotuner system to connect directly on to the ECU. The process of this custom tune is very much a hands-on, ‘fine tweaking’

Here we install our Pro + Boost Diesel SENT chip tuning box to this 2022 BMW X1 xDrive23d.
Expected gains from our module on this engine are:
POWER 197HP >>> 232Nm
TORQUE 400Nm >>> 468NmThese vehicles currently have a locked ECU with no way to read or write the ECU data. This means that while traditional remapping is impossible, our tuning box can give owners the opportunity to make fantastic gains without requiring a traditional ECU flash. This has the added benefit of being traceless once removed for warranty purposes.
As shown in the installation guide, we will connect to the Rail sensor and the Boost sensor. To gain access to both sensors, you’ll need to remove the engine cover.

In our latest dyno test we have this awesome 2017 Abarth 595 in for custom ECU mapping. The customer also opted to include some pop and bangs as part of the mapping. The result is that we really maximise every part of the rev range, whilst adding a much more aggressive feel to how to now drives.
Firstly, we take the Abarth with completely stock mapping. We get it strapped up on to the rollers, and take it for the first set of tests to establish what the factory mapping is producing. You can see the stock dyno graph below. You can see that power and torque are both running pretty spot on to what the manufacturer quote, showing 161hp and 246Nm of torque. These are dialled in, so we know exactly what base we’re working from.
Once we are happy that we have everything logged and the stock figures entered, it’s time to connect to the ECU. We use our Autotuner system to connect directly on to the ECU. The process of this custom tune is very much a hands-on, ‘fine tweaking’ procedure. We make several
