- 100% plug and play wiring harness
- Labelled connectors for easy matching
- Preconfigured for your vehicle before dispatch
- Full photographic step-by-step instructions supplied
- Easy to remove, transfer or reprogram later
Strong Gains Without Opening Or Unlocking The ECU
A traditional ECU remap often requires software access to the vehicle’s ECU. A Bluespark tuning module works differently. Our module connects to key engine sensors using a dedicated vehicle-specific wiring harness.
For most vehicles, installation is simply a case of locating two or three sensors, unplugging the original sensor connectors, and inserting the labelled Bluespark harness connectors in-line.
Shipped Ready To Fit
Your tuning module is programmed specifically for your engine and vehicle before dispatch. When it arrives, it is already configured and ready to use.
Follow the supplied instructions, connect the harness, secure the module safely in the engine bay, and you are ready to drive.

Installation Videos And Vehicle-Specific Guides
We supply detailed photographic instructions with every module, including sensor locations for your vehicle. You can also view our online instruction library for examples of how different engine layouts can vary.
Some vehicles are extremely quick and accessible from above the engine bay. Others may need extra access steps, such as removing a battery tray or undertray, but the overall process remains straightforward.

What If My Vehicle Needs Extra Access?
Some installations require a few additional steps before the sensors can be reached. For example, some Abarth models require the battery and battery tray to be removed, while some 2.0 TSI VAG applications require undertray removal for access from underneath.
These installs are still designed to be straightforward and are covered by our step-by-step instructions and video guides.
Designed For Safe, Reliable Road Use
Every Bluespark tuning solution is carefully developed using our in-house dyno to deliver strong, meaningful performance gains while working within safe operating limits.
The module can also be removed, transferred or reprogrammed for a future vehicle, making it a flexible alternative to a permanent ECU remap.
